Description
Summary:During the last decades, artificial intelligence (AI) touched many domains of software engineering. One of them is formal verification (FV), where learning methods could improve the performance of several formal verification approaches. Model checking (MC) is one of the FV techniques used to verify systems. In this article, we investigate the direction of the link between MC and one of AI techniques. We survey several related works about how learning can improve MC in its functionalities. Furthermore, we give an overview of some adapted approaches of ML in MC.
