Description
Summary:Radio receivers in certain scenarios benefit from the ability desensitize towards unwanted transmitters. The applicability of a digitally-controllable reflectarray receiver is investigated. A search routine to design a nulling reflectarray state is presented. The routine makes use of the receiver's single available digital sample chain and meager antenna calibration data. A hardware experiment verified the routine's ability to produce directional nulls and software simulation of the routine achieved decreased sensitivity toward multiple interferers simultaneously.
