Description
Summary:The need for power generation from RenewableEnergy Sources (RES) is rising rapidly along with energy consumption. Due to intermittent nature of these sources, an energy storage system (ESS) is required. The widely used concept of renewable power generation technology with integration of Hybrid Renewable Energy Sources (HRES) like Solar Photovoltaic System (PV) and Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) along with Battery, is accomplished in this work. The PV voltage generated is enhanced with the support of Flyback Converter along with Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) for attaining stabilized voltage. Consequently, the voltage from WECS is converted to DC by means of Diode Bridge Rectifier (DBR) for providing DC supply. The obtained voltages from HRES along with power generated from multiple sources is transferred to the battery converter. The DC voltage obtained is utilized for successful operation of Electric Vehicle (EV) with the support of Battery. The exhaustive framework is examined by MATLAB Simulink and results obtains proves the effectiveness of proposed system.
