Description
Summary:The growing number of Electric Vehicles in circulation, will soon pose the problem of how to manage spent batteries which, having exceeded their useful lifetime, no longer meet the specifications for usage in EV. A viable possibility is their reuse in applications less demanding than EV. This work is aimed to develop an ageing model able to predict the residual lifespan of EV Li-ion batteries in second life applications dealing with stationary energy storage systems.
