Design and implementation of an embedded data acquisition based on Linux system for smart grid

This paper provides a detailed description of the steps involved in design of an embedded data acquisition based on Linux. Embedded board based on Linux operating system such as BeagleBone is used to develop a modern web page for data collection using PHP and Mysql.
