Description
Summary:The paper presents a novel conceptual framework that enables a better understanding of the quality formation process in the mind of a participant in a multiparty conferencing setting. The model is built on previous fundamental work on quality formation and is integrating knowledge obtained from empirical multiparty quality studies. The model enables to more precisely specify the test scenario when investigating multiparty quality in terms of test planning, conduction and reporting.
