Description
Summary:DVD technology is emerging on the storage media market. However, it is not so simple that a high capacity rewritable version (RW) will be attractive for this format, so the authors have pursued development of a write once version (R). Inorganic materials are more interesting than dyes from an industrial point of view. Thus, the authors propose here a possible medium design for an inorganic recordable single level optical disc.
