Summary: | In this paper, we consider the usage of data mining techniques: statistical and spectral analysis and machine learning for analysis of wearable devises data what can be useful in task of Parkinsons's tremor detection task. The applied methods with the justification of their use are given. The scheme of their interaction is described. The study involved 8 patients with Parkinson's disease. Comparison of the considered algorithm and some of its modifications with the best method of tremor detection is made. According the research results the describing method has accuracy 0.98. That allows to use it in clinical practice. |
