Description
Summary:In this paper we focus on designing set of discrete phase sequences (preferably binary) to enhance Signal to Noise Ratio (SINR) of colocated Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) radar systems. To this end, we assume the reflected signal of a moving target, is contaminated with noise and clutter, and jointly design transmit waveform and receive filter by SINR maximization. The design problem is constrained and non-convex in general where using the Coordinate Descent (CD) framework, we propose an efficient algorithm to tackle it. Numerical examples that are provided in this paper, indicate excellent performance of the proposed algorithm.
