Two-photon fluorescence resonance energy transfer stoichiometry in living cells
Using phase-shaped pulses, we perform, for the first time, a proof-of-principle demonstration of two-photon fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) microscopy for studying the stoichiometry of intermolecular interactions within living cells.
