Description
Summary:This paper reports the acquisition of breathing signals using a commercial Ultra-wide band radar (5 to 11 GHz). In an indoor environment, the radar captures echoes from an adult breathing at a distance of approximately 1 meter. Singular Value Decomposition and Empirical Mode Decomposition enable the recovery of the low-frequency breathing signals in the time domain.
