Description
Summary:The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic are felt by the whole world and have an impact on various sectors of life, including the education sector. Education in Indonesia is entering a new era, where the entire academic community is required to adapt to Distance Learning (DL) to avoid exposure to the Covid-19 virus. This rapid adjustment has led to many pros and cons among the academic community. This study aims to propose a model and obtain factors that influence the measurement of the success rate of DL based on a sample from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah which are the biggest universities under the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses variables from the DeLone & McLean model, namely system quality, information quality, Service quality system use, user satisfaction, and organization impact. The results of the study were carried out by observing since February 2020, as well as distributing a questionnaire survey to 139 respondents, getting the results that the successful use of DL technology has succeeded in providing support for system quality and service. Based on the calculation of the results of data analysis, the variable user satisfaction on organizational impact is the highest factor based on the t-test value of 6.643 which has a significant influence on the success of DL at PTKIN. While the service quality variable on system use is the lowest factor based on the t-test value of 1.645 which has no significant effect on the success of DL at PTKIN.
