Summary:	The original methodological approach to the recognition of the anomalous state of electronic modules of software and hardware communication systems of large integrated systems based on wavelet transformation is proposed. The algorithm of forming the base of anomalous states of integrated systems and communication complexes is developed. The simulation of thermal processes of software and hardware communication systems using computer aided design (CAD) systems.
