Description
Summary:In this paper, facing the key technical bottlenecks faced by the development of BMS industrialization, a series of management theories and technologies has been researched and developed for the vehicle-mounted power battery pack modeling, estimation, equilibrium, and heating, aiming at lithium-ion batteries with steep ends and flatness. Linear voltage characteristics, it is difficult to solve the contradiction between model accuracy and practicability using traditional fixed structure model. First, a variable integer order RC equivalent circuit model based on the AIC criterion is proposed. The high-order RC model is used in the exponential area where the battery voltage changes sharply to ensure the accuracy of the model. The maximum estimation error is less than 1.2%, which has good convergence and robustness.
