It is not only related to cost control and production and management quality, but also determines the final economic benefits of the enterprise. Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a key issue for the enterprises. The overall management of material procurement is carried out throughout the whole business process. Especially in the current market economy environment, the new crown pneumonia epidemic continues to affect the enterprises and face more severe competition environment. If we want to gain more market share in the industry, we must innovate and adjust the original material procurement management mode and benchmark the international and domestic advanced standards. Nowadays, the shadow of Internet technology has penetrated into all walks of life, and new Internet technology has also been applied to the management of enterprise supply chain, which makes the relationship between enterprises closer and plays an important role in the process of enterprise development. Therefore, based on the supply chain environment, this paper gives some targeted measures and suggestions to strengthen the procurement management of electrostatic protection materials in state-owned enterprises for reference. |
