Summary: | Aero engine performance monitoring is the basis for aircraft dispatch, maintenance planning and route optimization, and affects the safety and economy of airline operations. At present, aero engine performance monitoring is more dependent on supplier services, and domestic airlines, institutes and MRO companies are also trying to improve their own independent monitoring capabilities. This paper proposes a performance monitoring method based on a neural network observer, which uses the early operating data of new engine to learn and establish the mapping relationship between engine control variables and performance parameters, and monitor the deviation trend through real-time data to achieve early warning of engine performance status. |
