Probability Flux for a Photoelectron Formed During the Ionization of a Hydrogen-Like Atom by an Ultrashort Laser Pulse

The velocity field of a photoelectron formed as a result of the above-barrier ionization of a hydrogen-like atom is theoretically investigated. Based on the analytical expression for the photoelectron wave function, it is shown that some zeros of this function correspond to quantum vortices.
