Time-resolved measurements of Q-factor in 560-km transmission link with transient control amplifiers

For the first time, we report time-resolved measurements of Q-factor in 560-km transmission link with transient control amplifiers. Using transient Q-factor, we evaluate effectiveness of the amplifiers' transient control in terms of ultimate system performance. (2 pages)
