Description
Summary:For the telecommunications service provider, the customers waiting time for applying, updating and problem recovery of the leased-line service does not fully meet customer requirements. The problem is analyzed, and one solution is discussed. The problem lies in the incapability of the communication among the leased-line related information systems; therefore, a Leased-line Information Mediation System (LIMS) is proposed to provide the information mediation strategy as the solution for information exchange and communication protocol translation among systems in order to decrease the customers waiting time.
