Commercial de Geraldo Henrique de Mira & C., de autoria de Aprigio Justiniano da Silva Guimarães 3/4 , o presente estudo analisa as ambigüidades relativas ao econômico e os mecanismos de "cumplicidade objetiva" presentes nos primórdios do processo de constituição e autonomização do campo educacional brasileiro.
