几种微生物菌剂对三七生长发育及品质的影响
通过田间小区试验,研究枯草芽孢杆菌(A)、哈茨木霉(B)、德根贝(C_1、C_2、C_3、C_4、C_5)等微生物菌剂对3年生三七植株的病害发生情况、生长发育、地下部分干物质产量和三七根部不同部位有效成分含量的影响。结果表明,3种微生物菌剂对三七植株的病害防治、生长发育、总干重、总皂苷含量均有一定的作用。处理C_1的植株发病率为13.25%,防治效果最佳;各生物菌剂对三七病害防治作用效果大小依次为:C_1〉A〉C_2〉C_4〉C_5〉B〉C_3〉CK_2〉CK_1。处理C_1对三七的株高、茎粗和剪口粗影响最大,比CK_1分别提高41.11%、44.44%和33.96%。处理C4对三七的叶长、叶...

Summary: | 通过田间小区试验,研究枯草芽孢杆菌(A)、哈茨木霉(B)、德根贝(C_1、C_2、C_3、C_4、C_5)等微生物菌剂对3年生三七植株的病害发生情况、生长发育、地下部分干物质产量和三七根部不同部位有效成分含量的影响。结果表明,3种微生物菌剂对三七植株的病害防治、生长发育、总干重、总皂苷含量均有一定的作用。处理C_1的植株发病率为13.25%,防治效果最佳;各生物菌剂对三七病害防治作用效果大小依次为:C_1〉A〉C_2〉C_4〉C_5〉B〉C_3〉CK_2〉CK_1。处理C_1对三七的株高、茎粗和剪口粗影响最大,比CK_1分别提高41.11%、44.44%和33.96%。处理C4对三七的叶长、叶宽影响最大,比CK1分别提高37.13%、24.27%。各生物菌剂处理对三七地下部分干重的影响效果大小依次为:C_1〉C_3〉C_4〉B〉A〉CK_2〉C_2〉C_5〉CK_1。处理C_3的剪口和须根的总皂苷含量分别比CK_1提高69.15%、248.24%,分别比CK_2提高87.34%、378.71%;处理C_1主根和剪口的总皂苷含量分别比CK_1提高59.61%和36.78%,分别比CK_2提高205.01%和51.49%。综合来看,处理C_1(97 mL/667m~2)对三七的病害防治、生长发育、产量及质量等方面均有显著的促进作用,可在生产中推广应用。 |
