Laparoscopic appendicectomy in a patient with Situs Inversus Totalis

We report a case of acute appendicitis in a patient with Situs Inversus Totalis (SIT) successfully managed by laparoscopic surgery to highlight awareness of this rare condition and the diagnostic difficulties and technical considerations posed by this anatomical anomaly when conducting surgery.
