Summary:Ferrocenyl and benzyl diaminoalcohols and diamines were synthesized and evaluated against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. A total of 21 ferrocenyl and benzyl diaminoalcohols and diamines were synthesized and evaluated against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. Interestingly, ferrocenyl diamines exhibit better activities than ferrocenyl diaminoalcohols.
