Improving the Efficiency of Gas-Separation Units in Ethylene Production

Fundamental problems involving ethylene production and means of their solution are examined. New contact packings and structured contact trays are presented for use in gas-separation units for modernization of tower equipment, and in gas separators (oil catchers).
