Patch clamp recordings of hair cells isolated from zebrafish auditory and vestibular end organs

Highlights • Patch clamp recordings were made on zebrafish inner ear hair cells. • Cells displayed substantial diversity in their constellation of K+ channel types. • Ca2+ channels were identified as L-type. • Current injection led to regenerative behavior in a majority of cells.
