Summary:	This paper describes the main features of HERMIN Portugal, a four-sector macroeconometric model of the Portuguese economy. This model is part of a research project, involving teams from Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain, intended to build comparable macro models for these four countries of the European periphery to be used in the assessment of the effects of the Community Support Framework (CSF) on growth.
