Summary:Chest, abdomen and pelvis CT-scan were unremarkable. Since primary lymphoma of central nervous system (CNS) was suspected, a third lumbar puncture was performed. In our case, differential diagnoses include infections like tuberculous meningitis, listeriosis or viral encephalitis (arboviruses, herpesviridae), inflammatory diseases like neurosarcoïdosis or other primary CNS lymphoma.
