Summary:There is growing research interest in the role of worry processes in psychosis. This study investigated associations between intolerance of uncertainty, meta‐cognitive beliefs about hallucinations and paranoia, and distress in 27 individuals with psychosis. Results suggest that intolerance of uncertainty may represent an important factor in emotional adaptation following psychosis.
