Summary:	A 37-year-old woman was found collapse on her bedroom floor after having conflict with husband 18 hours before. Her Glasgow Coma Scale in the Emergency Department was E4V1M4. She was dehydrated with multiple burning marks in bilateral lower limbs. Spastic both upper and lower limbs as well as upper going plantar reflexes were noted.
