Summary:	The PronePositioner™ is used to support the head during prone position procedures. We present the first case report of allergic contact dermatitis from the PronePositioner™. The patient was sensitized to the urethane in the PronePositioner™ during his many previous surgeries. We caution its repeated use in a single patient secondary to concerns of sensitization.
