Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare,
clinically aggressive tumor that was classified as a distinct entity
among myeloid neoplasms in the World Health Organization’s
2016 revision of the classification of acute myeloid leukemia
and related neoplasms.
