Summary: | Abstract We report the clinical and therapeutic approach of a case of ‘dystonia gravidarum’. The patient came to our observation with neck and bilateral feet dystonia, appearing after the onset of pregnancy. She was treated with clonazepam, 0.5 mg three times a day, during the pregnancy. After delivery of a healthy full-term child by caesarean section, she was completely able to turn her neck to either side. |
