Description
Summary:Preliminary tests of multiplex immunoassay for detection of TORCH infections in human blood serum using flow cytometry are presented. The immunoassay was intended to provide qualitative detection of the specific human IgG class antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii, rubella virus, and cytomegalovirus in human blood serum. The multiplex analysis is performed in vitro on polystyrene microbeads labeled with an organic dye. The diagnostic sensitivity of the kit is 97%.
