InP-Based High-Speed Photodetectors

This paper provides an overview on recent advances of InP-based photodetectors for high-speed fiber-optic applications, with emphasis on evanescently coupled waveguide photodiodes, balanced receivers, and distributed traveling wave photodetectors.
