Secretoneurin-A inhibits aromatase B ( cyp19a1b ) expression in female goldfish ( Carassius auratus ) radial glial cells

Highlights • Goldfish magnocellular secretoneurin A (SNa) neurons are surrounded by radial glial cells (RGCs). • In vivo and in vitro data indicate that SNa reduced expression of aromatase B in RGCs. • SNa has role in regulating estrogen production to affect adjacent preoptic neurons.
