Description
Summary:I describe a case of recurrent delirium associated with OSA in a morbidly obese man. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAC) therapy alleviated the OSA and delirium but was only partially effective in preventing relapses of delirium. Gastric stapling helped to secure considerable weight loss with reversal of OSA and no further recurrence of delirium.
