Description
Summary:The use of centrifugation techniques for separating labeled compounds that are bound to tissue fractions from unbound substrate is widespread in biochemistry. An apparatus is described for simultaneously washing 24 microcentrifuge tubes. The apparatus provides for removing solutions from the tubes and filling tubes with washing solution. This apparatus permits the rapid and reproducible analysis of large numbers of samples.
