Description
Summary:The occurrence of telomeric associations in giant cell tumor of bone is well recognized. However, there has been little emphasis on clonal structural abnormalities that may be seen in addition to or in the absence of telomeric associations. Two cases of giant cell tumor of bone are presented in this study demonstrating clonal karyotypic anomalies other than telomeric association with a review of previously reported cases showing similar findings.
