Summary: | The present work is focused on understanding relation between of ternary biofilms poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) - hydroxyapatite (HAP) - collagen gel (GC) surface properties and biocompatibility. As characterization methods FTIR Spectrometry, static contact angle measurements, roughness analysis and cytotoxicity test for fibroblast growth were used. The hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance effect on fibroblast growth and proliferation is discussed taking into account composition of ternary biofilms, manipulating HAP content into polymeric matrix. |
