Description
Summary:The ability to increase the precision of the reproduction and dissemination of the units of spectroradiometric quantities for a standard synchrotron radiation source through the creation of a magnetic system with optimal decay index for build-up of axial betatron oscillations is investigated. A comparative analysis of the method of reproduction and dissemination of the units to the SURF-III NIST electronic storage ring and the synchrotron of the All-Russia Research Institute of Optophysical Measurements is conducted and it is shown that the electronic emittance of a source of synchrotron radiation must be taken into account to assure a high level of precision of national standards.
