Dose characteristics of radachlorin photosensitizer in modeling the photodynamic effect on the cellular level

Description
Summary:A study was carried out on the dose characteristics of the Radachlorin photosensitizer using both a laser light source and partially coherent irradiation from a matrix light-emitting diode observing the photodynamic effect on an erythrocyte suspension at various concentrations. The use of these results is proposed for developing a procedure for the a priori determination of irradiation dose for specific patients in the course of photodynamic therapy.
