Description
Summary:Iatrogenic ureteric injury following open radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is a rare but known complication. We report a unique case of ureteric injury diagnosed postoperatively following robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (R-LRP). Conservative management of the injury using percutaneous drainage and anterograde ureteral stenting allowed for complete resolution of the ureteral injury.
