On the adjust of minor constituents density in middle atmosphere during solar proton events

Profiles of O 3 partial pressure and of other minor atmospheric constituents ( NO, NO 2, HCL, HF and H 2O ), observed in the middle atmosphere during Solar proton events (20.04.1998; 05.04.2000), were analysed. Conclusions were drawn that under SCR impact a short-term O 3 partial pressure increase a...

Description
Summary:Profiles of O 3 partial pressure and of other minor atmospheric constituents ( NO, NO 2, HCL, HF and H 2O ), observed in the middle atmosphere during Solar proton events (20.04.1998; 05.04.2000), were analysed. Conclusions were drawn that under SCR impact a short-term O 3 partial pressure increase and destruction of some freon constituents took place.
