Description
Summary:This paper deals with a comprehensive approach to metrological research on sigma-delta analog-to-digital converters based on a framework of international cooperation. Problems related to modeling and experimental testing of high-performance sigma-delta modulators are highlighted. Results of simulation and experimental tests carried out on a prototype of fifth-order sigma-delta modulator are discussed by emphasizing the effectiveness of the international research cooperation in efficiently reaching significant results.
