Mapping the accretion region in AM Her Systems: ST LMi
We have used the maximum entropy method to map the spatial extent of the X-ray and optical emission in the AM Her system ST LMi. The emission region is arc-shaped with a core at one extremity in the X-ray map, while the optical map is closely coincident but with some additional structure.
