Alpelisib in Intractable Non–Islet-Cell Tumor Hypoglycemia

This letter describes the use of alpelisib, a PI3 kinase inhibitor, to successfully treat severe hypoglycemia in a patient with intractable non–islet-cell tumor hypoglycemia.
