Description
Summary:Hydrostatic pressure properties of piezoelectric flexible composites are reported as a function of PbTiO 3 volume fraction and particle size. These composites, typically referred to as Piezo-Rubber, consist of PbTiO 3 and a polymer and were developed at NTK-NGK. There is a hydrostatic pressure independence region and a hydrostatic pressure dependence region in terms of PbTiO 3 volume fraction and its average particle size. The hydrostatic pressure dependence region can be further separated into a linear correlational region and a non-correlational one.
