Summary: | This article presents the research results of the human factor effect on system safety. The authors used historical data on inductive reasoning to obtain the results. The article shows that there is no good reason to believe that there is no human factor that the human factor has no effect on system safety. In other words, it is considered that most disasters and incidents were initiated by human beings, the so-called, human factor. It is concluded that inductive reasoning plays a key role in the human factor, which leads to disasters and incidents. |
