Intestinal-ovarian fistula associated with endometriosis

The case of a 42-year-old Taiwanese women presented with a one-month history of feeling generally unwell, with intermittent sweats and rigors, increasing painless abdominal distension, and recurrent diarrhea. She was diagnosed as having a fistula between her small bowel and ovary.
