Summary:	Ossifying fibroma is a benign neoplasm composed of fibrocellular tissue and mineralized material of varying appearance, which is most commonly seen in the posterior region of the mandible as a solitary lesion. We report an unusual case of synchronous ossifying fibroma of maxilla and mandible. To the best of our knowledge, only 13 similar cases have been previously reported.
